Growth is a process
HisWay began behind the wheel. A driver role led to an unexpected invitation to manage a sign shop, and the responsibility of learning a trade from the ground up.
There was no shortcut — long nights cutting signs by hand, family coming in on weekends to make a deadline, and prayer, persistence, and self-taught study filling in the rest.
Signs opened the door to screen printing, and the team grew with the work. Today HisWay brings apparel, signs, stickers, and connected brand production together, without losing the care that shaped the beginning.
