Tell us what you need
Share the item, the quantity, whatever artwork you have, a budget target, and when you need it — by phone, email, or the quote form.
We review the artwork and product
We check your files, recommend the right product or material, and flag anything that needs rebuilding before it costs you money.
Approve the details
You approve the quote — garment, sizes, quantities, and prices — and the artwork proof — print colors, size, and placement. Nothing goes into production until both are signed off.
We produce it
Once your invoice is paid, we order any HisWay-sourced garments, then print your order and check it against the approved proof before it leaves the shop.
Pickup or delivery
Pick up at the shop, or arrange delivery when we confirm the order is ready.

Can you match my brand colors?
Share your brand references and any existing printed pieces. HisWay will review color targets with you and explain how the garment and print process may affect the final appearance.
Can I mix sizes and garment styles in one order?
Mixed sizes are standard. Mixing garment styles or colors within one print run is often possible too, and we will flag any cost impact when we quote.
What file type do you need for my artwork?
Vector files (AI, EPS, PDF, SVG) print cleanest. Send whatever you have — a JPG, PNG, or even a photo of an old shirt is a workable starting point. We will tell you what prints as-is and what needs rebuilding first. Basic production setup is typically included; a substantial rebuild or original design is quoted before anything goes into production.
Is there a minimum order?
Screen printing starts at 24 pieces per design. Sizes can be mixed within that quantity. We will confirm whether different garment styles or colors can share the same print setup when we quote your order.
How long does screen printing take?
Typical turnaround is two weeks after the invoice is paid and garments have been inspected for defects. Garments sourced by HisWay are ordered after payment. We will confirm your timeline when we quote the job.
