Send what you have. We'll review the image and let you know whether it needs cleanup or rebuilding as vector artwork.
Can you just do the design without printing?
Yes. Design-only projects are welcome, along with photography, filming, and editing services.
What files or information do you need from me?
Send your existing artwork, ideas, or examples, along with how you plan to use the finished work. We'll discuss your vision before getting started.
What files will I receive?
File formats depend on your package. Options include PNG and JPEG images, vector artwork, and print-ready files. We confirm the included formats during quoting.
Can you design a logo from scratch?
Yes. We create new logos and refresh existing ones, with your intended uses guiding the design.
Are revisions included?
Packages typically include two rounds of changes to the agreed design. Additional revisions or a new design direction are quoted separately.
When does work begin, and how long will it take?
Work begins after you approve the quote and make the agreed upfront payment. Payment terms and turnaround are confirmed during quoting based on your project.
Where do photography and filming take place?
We can photograph and film at your location or ours, depending on the project. Location and scheduling are confirmed during quoting.
Do you keep my artwork for reorders?
We retain approved production files for future orders and send you the completed files included with your package when the project is finished.
