Overview
What this covers
Embroidery gives a logo a dimensional, professional look on polos, hats, jackets, workwear, bags, and other suitable goods. It works especially well when a team needs branded apparel that can move between the office, jobsite, and customer meetings.
HisWay guides your project from artwork review and digitizing through garment selection, proof approval, production, and a final quality check. We coordinate with our embroidery partners and remain your point of contact from order to delivery.

FAQ
Common questions
Not covered here? Call or email and we will give you a straight answer.
What is digitizing and do I have to pay for it every time?
Digitizing converts artwork into stitch instructions. Setup and reuse depend on the logo, size, placement, and project history, so HisWay will confirm what applies when quoting your order.
Will my logo work as embroidery?
Most logos do, though fine detail and small text may need simplification to stitch cleanly. We review your artwork and recommend adjustments before the order goes into production.
Can I supply my own garments?
Yes. We can accept new customer-supplied garments for embroidery. Let us review the items before you bring them in so we can confirm they are suitable for the project.
Do you embroider in-house?
No. Embroidery runs through HisWay's production partners. HisWay handles the artwork, digitizing, garment sourcing, stitch planning, and the quality review before handoff — you work with us from start to finish and never have to manage the vendor yourself.
How long does embroidery take?
Turnaround depends on the garments, the digitizing work involved, and the current production schedule. We confirm a realistic date when we quote rather than promise one up front.
Is there a minimum order?
Embroidery starts at 24 pieces per design and garment type. You can mix sizes within an order. If you are considering different items, such as shirts and hats, send us your list and we will help you plan the quantities for each.
